Rough Week

Last week made me wish I had a few extra sets of hands!   It gets to be rough when ALL children are sick at once.

I was trying to switch Madison to formula a few weeks ago and found out the hard way she's allergic.  The first one made her throw up for 3 hours until there was nothing left but stomach acids coming out.  Poor baby.  The 2nd one made her break out in a red rash almost immediately and was then followed by vomit.  The 3rd was soy and that made her throw up as well as the other end.  We are currently testing a 4th and it seems to be going well... FINALLY!  I'm gradually working her to full strength so we'll see how that goes!  Poor thing.  It breaks my heart to do this to her.

In the middle of all that, Trenton was sick for almost a whole week.  Fever and sore throat.  Doesn't he look pitiful.  He shared this with Brooklyn as well.  So, it was a bit rough on this momma with all 3 sick and whiny. Thank goodness they are all feeling better this week!

My sweet girl playing in the jumper.

Handsome dude rocking his Tony Hawk clothes :)  He likes the guitar.

Brooklyn wanted to play the "Practice Holding Your Head Up" game with Madison.  She's such a goof.

So of course Trenton had to join in.

Nothing sweeter than a sleeping baby:

And who wouldn't smile back at this happy girl :)  Love her to pieces!

Kids making music....

We see a lot of this around the house... Race tracks!  The kids and daddy are always building new creative tracks to test out.  Madison was even intrigued.

They come up with the coolest tracks.  Usually starting at the top of the stairs, going through loops, curving around to a jump, etc... You get the idea.  They sure have fun with the race cars!

I think Daddy has the most fun ;)
