Bed Head and Bucket Head

This little girl had a serious case of bed head the other day! It was so cute.

She had a ponytail on top of her head the day before and we had stayed out too late for a bath before bed... so this is what she looked like when she woke up. So silly!

And here she is as a bucket head! She is constantly sticking this bucket on her head and running around. She loves being funny!

It just looks so adorable on her though.

She's such a goof! But that's why we love her so much!

She's A Climber!!!

Seems like all Brooklyn wants to do these days is climb. She's getting pretty good at it too!

I love how she gets a determined look on her face and gives it her all!

Almost there...

Ahhhh.... relax! I made it all by myself!

She is getting so big so fast.

I couldn't resist posting this one. This is how she plays "kitchen" these days. Up on top of the counter. I guess we're going to need to raise this to the next level so she can't reach. I really don't want her cracking her head on the tile just yet.

The treadmill is down in our living room now since we're clearing out the workout room for another nursery. She loves climbing up on here and playing with her toys, or just sitting and watching cartoons like in this picture.

Playing with her new ball.

So much fun!

This ride at Peter Piper only had one seat, so her cousin was "pushing" her from behind. So cute!

Riding on Mighty Mouse!

YEAY!

She's Our Outdoors Girl For Sure

Over the weekend we did the Climb for Cancer at South Mountain. We didn't make it all the way to the top, but we did go 4.5 miles. Brooklyn was such a good sport sitting in her stroller the whole time. I know what she really wanted to do was get out and explore!

She is such the outdoors girl lately. She wants to spend all her time outside. And she absolutely LOVES it!

Here we are digging the rocks...

Oh, and of course she has to have her best friend out with her.

A day at the park to fulfill her craving for being outdoors...

She was having a blast!

Swinging is always fun...

And of course there's nothing like a cold drink of water to end the day at the park.

Playing in the backyard one evening while I was making dinner. We don't really have outside toys yet so she just runs around and has fun on her own.

I heard a bunch of grunting this night and look over to find her lifting her shopping cart down the step and into the backyard.

She was making her own outside toys I guess. :)

What a creative little squirt. Who says shopping carts belong in the house?

Here she was holding up her play phone to Bailee's ear. I guess Bailee can have phone calls too.

Kurt was out of town a couple weekends ago leaving the girls home alone. I woke up in the night needing a drink of water and this is how I found Bailee... sleeping in the area on the stairs where she could see what was going on downstairs and block anything from getting to us upstairs. What a good guard dog. She doesn't usually sleep here. She must have been protecting us!

Brooklyn and her balloons.

She loved them and was bummed when we had to get rid of them because they were deflating...

She couldn't quite figure out why they would fly away when she would let go though. So cute!

And that about catches us up!
