My poor boy was sick again while we were in CO. High fevers of 105 and 106. Talk about scary! This lasted for 7 days. And it was the 4th time in the past 4 months that he's had these fevers. Thank goodness he is such an easy going kid. He took his medicine like a champ (actually asking for it after a few hours had passed & it was wearing off), didn't fight it when I wanted him to rest and didn't complain much when I put cool towels on him & had to throw him in a cool bath to bring down temp.
The past few times I've taken him to the Dr or Urgent Care, they just said it was viral and to ride it out. Well, we are finally in agreement that it's not a bug he keeps catching and there is actually something wrong with him. We go to an Immunology Specialist soon to start trying to figure this out and get him all fixed up.
I really don't like when my babies are sick!
