Vegas Vacation

It seemed easier for us to drive to Vegas, rather than fly with all the things we needed for Brooklyn. My Grandma and Uncle rode with us. Here we are stopped for lunch in Kingman on Thursday.

In the hotel room getting ready for the day on Friday. Brooklyn needed a pretty ponytail. She doesn't even fight me anymore when I do her hair.

Brooklyn and Tanner hanging out in the room.

We walked down to The Mirage to see the dolphins and tigers. This is how Sage and Brooklyn walked together, hand in hand. So cute!

Pretty waterfall in front of The Mirage.

Brooklyn LOVED the dolphins. She actually got mad when we tried to leave because she wanted to get in the water and pet them. Silly goose.

She thought it was pretty cool looking through the glass under water. She kept knocking on it telling the dolphins to come here.

Brooklyn also loved looking at the tigers.

Ch-Ch-Ch-Chia! This guy looked like a giant chia pet!

Our family:

After the dolphins and tigers, it was way past naptime so we went back to the hotel. This is how Brooklyn woke up... major case of bed head!

Sorry sweetie, I don't think combing it will fix this one!

Friday night dinner. Brooklyn was playing peek a boo with her napkin. Where did she go?

Boo! Right here :)

Tanner was having fun tickling her all weekend too. She gives out a good giggle so it amuses both of them.

There wasn't a lot of things for her to do in Vegas. Her favorite thing was to play in the hotel room. We had adjoining rooms with my Grandma so Brooklyn was able to run back and forth. Here she is hiding in the bathroom.

And hiding under the sink. She is so silly.

This is the new bridge they are constructing at Hoover Dam.

All in all, we had a great vacation, but I can tell you one thing for sure... we're not going back with kids any time soon. There wasn't a whole lot to keep Brooklyn occupied and she was restless when she just had to sit still. But of course she had to be a part of my brother's wedding!
